I honestly did not know that there is such thing as dehydrating fruits and vegetables! I only know of juicing and blending as processes done with food. I actually am amazed with technology nowadays. Dried mangoes and dates are familiar to me but the other fruits and vegaetables are like uncharted waters. This also a great way of lessening the food waste! I get mad at myself whenever I throw away food.

I have never even heard of a dehydrator before, but it sounds like an amazing kitchen tool! I want to get my hands on one of these. It’s so amazing how you listed down all the possible kinds of treats you can produce just by using a dehydrator. You can even use it for doggie treats! So cool! I’m trying to have a “zero waste” lifestyle by making sure that everything in the kitchen is used up, and I think a dehydrator would be a good way to support that lifestyle.

Dehydrator is the latest trend I have read. Interesting how this concept helps in preserving food. The strawberry leather strip looked yumm to me and many other products looked new to me. Mangoes and dates are common here , I hope other dehydrated products hit the shelves here soon.
